Dear Students,

To enhance the convenience of course feedback and improve teaching quality, starting from the 114-1 semester, students can directly click the link on the “The Final Course Questionnaires” page in NTU COOL to access the Office of Academic Affairs website and complete the survey.

Instructors can also view the survey response rate on the same page and provide a QR code for students to scan, making it easier for them to fill out the questionnaire and further improving the quality of teaching and learning.

We warmly encourage all students to fill out the questionnaire before the deadline and share your valuable feedback! You still have a chance to win an iPad mini, a Marshall Bluetooth speaker, or gift cards worth up to NT,000!

Survey Period: 2025/12/1–12/12
Winners Announcement: Winners will be notified before 2025/12/31 on the Office of Academic Affairs and NTU Announcements
