Why have E-newsletters?

It’s been two years since CEIBA was fully replaced by NTU COOL. We'd like to thank all faculty and students for their use and feedback during this period. Since our launch in 2020, we have received over 600 phone calls and handled more than 2,000 email correspondences up to the end of 2023. We believe that everyone has gradually become accustomed to and familiar with the various operations of NTU COOL. 

 

But did you know? NTU COOL is not just for uploading lectures and calculating grades—there are many other useful features you might not be aware of. We hope to keep you informed about the most frequently asked questions and introduce new features through our regular newsletters. We look forward to helping everyone better understand and familiarize themselves with the hidden gems of COOL!

People usually ask…

Based on the customer service issues we collected, during these days, the most common inquiries received via email and phone calls were about: "Course Participation", "Videos", "Account", "Course Settings", and "Grades". Some of these topics are also closely related to the end-of-semester and graduation season.

 

Therefore, we have summarized the following themes and classified them by user type, providing an easy-to-understand guide with images and text:

Conclusion: Work Milestones

From the past volume of calls and letters, we've noticed that during the start of the semester and during finals/graduation season, there tends to be more questions arising. Therefore, we hope to take a proactive approach to address these queries before they arise, enhancing everyone's understanding of COOL and improving the user experience. This will also help reduce the workload, ultimately refining the quality of service.
