your own schedule?

No worries, we’ve got your back!
With just a few simple steps, you can export your NTU COOL calendar straight into your favorite calendar app —
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, or even Yahoo Calendar? All good!

Stay on top of your class schedule, exam dates, and assignment deadlines,
and kick off the semester as a time management pro!

 Friendly Reminder:
＜Teachers & TAs＞Don’t forget to set deadlines for assignments and exams,
so that COOL Calendar can automatically create events for students.

＜Students＞Wait until your course selection is finalized before importing,
so your calendar will be as complete as possible!

Here’s how to do it:

➀ Copy the iCal link from your NTU COOL calendar　　
➁ Paste the link into your external calendar

➂ Done! Your external calendar will auto-sync with NTU COOL

⚠ Attention ⚠
1. Calendar updates might NOT sync instantly—

(ex. Google Calendar may take up to 24 hours to refresh.)

2. Changes made in external calendars will NOT be synced back to NTU COOL.
