1. The Making of Modern Law: Legal Treatises 1800-1926法律文獻全文資料庫 
收錄自1800-1926年以來,共21000本法律、憲政相關的全文書籍,超過1200萬頁的全文內容。以美國法或英國法為基礎分類,而主要的分類有:破產法、商業法、憲法、刑法、經濟政策、公共財及稅法、智慧財產權、法律教育、勞工社會福利等。
收錄的資料類型包含:案件、訴訟、案例演練手冊、信件及演講稿等。MOML所呈現的內容,以法律發展歷史為經,以法律專著為緯勾勒出廣泛郤深入的法律內容文獻。這是一部從英美司法系統探討,最完整的法律文獻資料庫。
 
2. The Making of Modern Law: Trials, c. 1600-1926判例全文資料庫 :
MOML:Trials 是收錄當時在美國、法國、英國震驚社會的審判。由這些內容我們可以一窺當代的家族關係、性別問題、也是了解十九世紀婚姻制度的最好來源。所收錄的並不只是一些負面的判決、也包括憲法的價值、與歷史議題相關的審判,包括有名的the Dred Scott案(美國最高法院使奴隸制在准州合法化的裁決)及猴子審判(Scope Monkey審判:創造論與進化論的爭論)。
 
提供非官方的審判描述、官方審判文件、答辯摘要、論據、訴訟、管理行政的程序紀錄還有仲裁實例。
 
3. The Making of Modern Law: U.S. Supreme Court Records and Briefs, 1832-1978 美國最高法院紀錄與答辯摘要全文資料庫 :
超過100,000件以上的案件—超過240,000份的文件量—MOML 將19-20世紀時期(140年間)最高法院的紀錄全面數位化典藏,可以在這裡找到最著名以及最多人討論的案件,判決及重大決策。能夠提供給從事美國法律歷史研究工作、和學習美國歷史、政治、社會政府的相關科系學生、還有開業、實習律師一個非常重要且方便的參考資源。
 
Brief在法律上常指一種概括或摘要形式的文件,在美國指的是答辯摘要,這是一種提交法庭以幫助它就案件涉及的法律問題作出結論的書面法律答辯。它主要用於上訴法院,特別是在不進行口頭辯論時更顯得重要;而在訴書裡有時也會包括歷史、經濟、社會上的資料。在19-20世紀裡訴書的呈現方式有了相當大的變動,因此也相當具有研究價值。

Full-text searching on more than 10 million pages provides researchers access to critical legal history in ways not previously possible.

Based on holdings of the law libraries of Harvard and Yale, and the Library of the Bar of the City of New York, the product offers online access to these important collections.

Containing nearly 11 million pages of records and briefs brought before the U.S.
Supreme Court in the period 1832-1978, this product provides an essential primary source tool for the study of all aspects of American history as well as the U.S. judicial system.
