試用資料庫: Naxos Music Library- Jazz等五種資料庫
一、資料庫簡介
1. Naxos Music Library- Jazz《拿索斯‧爵士樂圖書館》
Naxos Music Library-Jazz《拿索斯爵士樂圖書館》 總收藏量超過21,390張隨選爵士樂唱片，包含32,000位爵士樂手及作曲家之作品，304系列Labels,超過240,924首樂曲。
2. Naxos Music Library- World《拿索斯‧民族音樂圖書館》
收錄150個國家的民族音樂，超過1,500個文化表演團體，32,000位音樂家，提供多元文化的民族音樂，透過民族音樂的記錄、保存與傳播讓使用者認識不同族群的文化，參與、並認識欣賞自身的文化遺產。
3. Naxos Video Library《拿索斯‧古典音樂影片圖書館》
內容包含古典音樂表演、戲劇與芭蕾、國家旅遊影片以及現場演奏與資料影片，提供超過3,575個影片與全文資料。
4. Naxos Works Database《拿索斯‧古典音樂作品資料庫》
匯集了《拿索斯‧古典音樂圖書館》及各大音樂出版社資訊，如：樂曲長度、樂器配置、創作年份、作曲家傳記、音樂筆記等作品資料。
5. Naxos MusicBox《拿索斯‧兒童及少年「古典音樂盒」》
提供4-15歲的兒童及青少年，透過MusicBox與老師、家人分享國中小學音樂教育。擁有豐富的音樂活動和資源，為終身欣賞古典音樂打下堅實基礎。
試用日期：即日起至2023年8月5日止。

1. 請從本館網頁點選「研究資源」→「電子資源」→「資料庫」→「試用資料庫」→ 點選欲查詢的資料庫名稱。若於校外，請先設定校外連線VPN。

Database trial : Naxos music library- Jazz and another five databases
1. Description
(1) Naxos Music Library- Jazz
Naxos Music Library Jazz covers a wide range of jazz music with recordings from over 32,000 artists. Labels include Blue Note, Warner Jazz, EMI, Enja, Fantasy and more. New albums are added weekly.
(2) Naxos Music Library- World
Naxos Music Library World (NML World) offers a wide range of content, from legendary historical performances to contemporary world music featuring recordings of over 32,000 artists, and covers music from over 150 countries and 1,500 cultural groups. The complete catalogues of important world music labels such as the ARC and Smithsonian Folkways are on the platform, along with thousands of titles from over 350 other labels. New titles are added weekly.
(3) Naxos Video Library
Naxos Video Library is a performing arts video library with over 3,678 operas, ballets, documentaries, concerts, masterclasses, competition and musical tour videos as well as footage taken from recording sessions. The Library is being updated continuously to offer the best selection of performing arts videos.
(4) Naxos Works Database
This new Naxos service meets the needs of artists and performing arts organisations - a place where you can find all the most important information about classical musical works - instrumentation, duration, year of composition, composer biographies, music notes and much more.
(5) Naxos MusicBox
Parents and grandparents with children aged 4 to 12 can now share in the joy of primary music education with their family by checking out MusicBox. MusicBox has a wealth of engaging activities and resources for a young person to explore – either alone, or together with adults who recognise the value of laying solid foundations for a lifelong appreciation of classical music.

2. Accessing the database
(1) Please go to the NTU Library Homepage and click “Search & Find”→ “E-resources”→ “Databases”→ “Trial”. And then click the link of the database you want to access in the trial list. To access trial databases from off-campus, please set up NTU SSL VPN.
(2) Please follow the terms and conditions in the database providers’ license agreements when using databases.
