Dear NTU Students and Alumni:
Ranked by the World Health Organization as having one of the best healthcare infrastructures in Asia, Singapore’s status as a premier medical hub is set to grow, especially with the rapid expansion of Singapore's biomedical sciences and research sectors. The Singapore Ministry of Health Holdings represents several healthcare institutions in Singapore which includes hospitals, specialist care centers and polyclinics providing a complete spectrum of primary, secondary and tertiary care. The Ministry of Health Holdings would like to invite outstanding healthcare professionals to join them for a rewarding and fulfilling career that offers you comprehensive training and talent development opportunities.
The National Taiwan University degrees in Pharmacy and Physiotherapy are currently recognized as Allied Health Professionals degrees in Singapore.
As NTU degree in Pharmacy is a recognized degree by the Singapore Pharmacy Council, registered pharmacists who have passed the Taiwan National Licensure Examinations would only need to take and pass a basic competency and forensic tests when they are in Singapore in order to practice. For NTU pharmacy graduates, they would not need to take any exams for practice in Singapore, since the degree is a recognized degree in Singapore.
In addition, interested applicants should demonstrate proficiency in English through internationally recognized examinations such as :
International English Language Testing System (IELTS)
Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL)
Occupational English Test (OET)
