一、資料庫簡介
1. ProQuest One Anthropology為人類學研究之多媒體資源，收藏的民族誌影片以及過往從未出版的田野檔案影片。涵蓋 Anthropological Fieldwork Online、Contemporary Anthropology: Archaeological Fieldwork and Methods、Anthropology Online、Ethnographic Video Online Series、Ethnographic Sound Archives Online、Royal Anthropological Institute Teaching Edition。收錄8,000多支影片、1,500多小時錄音音檔35,600多種書籍、超過53萬多頁檔案。
2. ProQuest One History整合 ProQuest 的旗艦級歷史資源，涵蓋 1450 年至 21 世紀的全球頂級早期英語和早期歐洲書籍、小冊子和小冊子數位化館藏，以及從 17 世紀到 21 世紀的檔案館藏和歷史期刊。
3. ProQuest One Global Studies & International Relations 支援針對全球歷史與當代社會課題的探索，範疇涵蓋全球安全、移民浪潮、環境變遷及社會運動等核心主題，內容包含：政府文件、珍稀檔案、學術期刊、新聞及多媒體影音等一、二手史料，可深入研究 18 世紀至今的全球動態、意識形態和認同、治理、人權和社會變革。
上述資料庫並包含AI研究助手(Research Assistant)功能:
1. 輸入檢索詞彙後，生成式AI會自動跑出最常見相關學術詞彙，尋找研究可以發展的方向、延伸的領域。
2. 進入全文文章後，AI研究助手「Research Assistant」功能可自動歸納整理出此篇文章的摘要、結論、研究主題、重要學術概念等，並自動延伸出相關文獻或相關研究領域

Database trial: ProQuest One Anthropology & 2 other databases
1. Description
(1) ProQuest One Anthropology is a multimedia resource for anthropological research, featuring ethnographic films and previously unpublished fieldwork footage. It integrates several collections, including Anthropological Fieldwork Online, Contemporary Anthropology, Anthropology Online, Ethnographic Video Online, Ethnographic Sound Archives Online, and the Royal Anthropological Institute Teaching Edition. The database contains over 8,000 videos, 1,500 hours of audio, 35,600 books, and more than 530,000 archival pages.
(2) ProQuest One History consists of ProQuest’s historical primary source collections, featuring early modern books, archival and manuscript collections, historical periodicals, letters and diaries, and multimedia content. Spanning from 1450 to the 21st Century, ProQuest One History comprises includes the world’s digitized collection of Early English and Early European books, pamphlets and ephemera as well as archival collections and historical periodicals from the 17th century through the 21st century.
(3) ProQuest One Global Studies & International Relations supports the study of key historical and contemporary global issues, including global security, migration, environmental change, and social movements. Covering the 18th century to the present, the database compiles primary and secondary sources such as government documents, rare archival materials, scholarly journals, news, and multimedia. These resources enable research into global dynamics, ideologies, identity, governance, human rights, and social change.

(1) Please go to the NTU Library Homepage and click “Search & Find”→ “E-resources”→ “Databases”→ “Trial”. And then click the link of the database you want to access in the trial list. To access trial databases from off-campus, please set up NTU SSL VPN.
