一、資料庫簡介
Lexis+ 為律商聯訊(LexisNexis)提供的法律與新聞資訊平台,內容涵蓋美國判例、法規、立法資料及多種二次文獻,並整合法律新聞與專業分析工具,供學術與研究參考使用。主要功能包括:
l Legal Research:提供美國聯邦與各州之判例、法規與期刊等資料,可於單一平台取得跨來源資訊與相關更新。
l Litigation Analytics:呈現美國法院之案件量、案件類型與程序進度等統計資訊,協助了解訴訟概況。
l Document Analysis:提供法律文件的議題辨識、摘要、條款要點等輔助分析功能,包括訴訟摘要與合約分析工具。
l Legal News Hub:整合 Law360 與 MLex,提供多領域法律新聞與議題整理之摘要資訊。

二、資料庫連線方式
1. 請從本館網頁點選「研究資源」→「電子資源」→「資料庫」→「試用資料庫」→ 點選欲查詢的資料庫名稱。若於校外,請先設定校外連線VPN。

Database trial: Lexis+
1. Description
Lexis+ is an information platform developed by LexisNexis that provides access to U.S. case law, statutes, regulations, secondary literature, and legal news. The database consolidates materials across various legal fields for academic and research use. Key features include:
l Legal Research: Access federal and state case law, legislation, regulations, journals, and other sources within a single interface.
l Litigation Analytics: Offers statistical information on U.S. court activities, including case volume, case types, and procedural timelines.
l Document Analysis: Supports issue identification, summarization, and clause review for legal documents, including brief and contract analysis tools.
l Legal News Hub: Integrates Law360 and MLex to provide summaries of legal news and topic overviews across multiple practice areas.

2. Accessing the database
(1) Please go to the NTU Library Homepage and click “Search & Find”→ “E-resources”→ “Databases”→ “Trial”. And then click the link of the database you want to access in the trial list. To access trial databases from off-campus, please set up NTU SSL VPN.
(2) Please follow the terms and conditions in the database providers’ license agreements.
