
數位典藏更新: 慈林教育基金會典藏臺灣社運史料資料庫
一、 數位典藏簡介
國立臺灣大學圖書館與慈林教育基金會自2006年起簽訂合作數位化計畫,就慈林教育基金會的「臺灣社會運動史料中心」之剪報與雜誌、及臺大圖書館典藏之臺灣社會運動相關雜誌進行影像數位化,並建置「慈林教育基金會典藏臺灣社運史料資料庫」。本次與國家人權博物館及美國The George Washington University合作,除增補既有刊物之缺漏卷期外,更納入The George Washington University圖書館所藏之「Father Edward Kelly Dangwai-Opposition Journals」,共計新增4,500筆資料,詳見資料庫簡介。本資料庫之書目資料皆於網路上公開,全文影像則限於慈林教育基金會文教中心、臺大總圖書館、國家人權博物館圖書室及美國 The George Washington University The Estelle and Melvin Gelman Library Global Resources Center 內使用。

1. 於本館特藏資源搜尋入口→查詢資料庫名稱。全文影像須於總圖書館內公用電腦(固定IP)使用。

Digital Archive Update: 慈林教育基金會典藏臺灣社運史料資料庫
1. Description
Since 2006, National Taiwan University Library and the Chilin Education Foundation have collaborated to digitize the news clippings and magazines of the Chilin Foundation’s Taiwan Social Movement Archives Center, as well as National Taiwan University Library’s collection of Taiwan social movement magazines. This database is the result of the collaboration. In the latest collaboration, the project was joined by the National Human Rights Museum and the George Washington University. In addition to completing the database’s collection of digital magazines, the latest collaboration also included the digitization of magazines from the George Washington University’s “Father Edward Kelly Dangwai-Opposition Journals.” As a result, 4,500 new entries have been added to the updated database. For more information, please refer to this introduction to the database. The bibliographic records of the database are open online, but the full-text images can only be accessed from the premises of the Chilin Educational Center, the NTU Main Library, the Library of the National Human Rights Museum, and the Estelle and Melvin Gelman Library Global Resources Center of the George Washington University.
2. Accessing the database
(1) Special Collections → Search for the database name. Access is limited to the public computers within the Main library.
