[JCR 2024 (2025 Release) 焦點概覽]
今年的JCR涵蓋了111個國家和地區超過22,200種期刊，涵蓋自然科學、社會科學及藝術和人文學等254個研究領域，其中包含6,200多種期刊為完全開放取用（Gold Open Access）。公告重要內容如下：
1. 自2025年（2024年數據）起，計算影響係數Journal Impact Factor（JIF）分子時，將剔除被撤稿內容的引用和被引數據，以確保來自被撤稿內容的引文不會計入JIF分子數值。但被撤稿論文仍將納入論文計數（JIF 分母），以保持透明度和追責能力。
2. 僅限完整收錄的期刊方可計算期刊指標，因此若期刊為部分收錄（Partially indexed journals），雖然在JCR中會有期刊資訊頁面，但不具備獲得期刊影響係數或其他指標與排名的資格。
3. 有20種期刊因引用堆疊或自我引用過高而遭鎮壓（Journals Suppressed from 2024 JCR Data），不公佈其2024年影響係數。

The 2025 release of Journal Citation Reports
Journal Citation Reports (JCR) has released the 2024 JCR data with two major changes:
1. Starting with the 2025 release (2024 data), the JIF calculation will exclude citations to and from retracted and withdrawn publications and related notifications. These citations will be visible in the application, clearly marked with their status.
2. Calculating complete journal metrics requires cover to cover indexing; therefore, partially indexed journals will still appear in the JCR with relevant profile information but are not eligible for a Journal Impact Factor or any other journal-level citation metric and rankings.
