重新啟用資料庫Reaxys Academic Edition (RAE) 

一、資料庫簡介

Reaxys資料庫全面升級為Reaxys Academic Edition (RAE),建構在以往之Reaxys Basic Edition既有數據上,並導入兩項全新的功能︰

1.逆合成AI技術—使用者可以繪製全新分子,於10分鐘內取得全合成路徑的預測、同時提供文獻中相似反應的試劑、產率與反應細節。

2.生物活性視覺化分析—使用者可以將搜尋到的化合物庫進行生醫應用的探索,尋找潛在的藥物靶點,並可進行熱圖視覺化分析,提供文獻專利中提取的活性數據。

首次使用本資料庫,請於校園IP範圍內,至Reaxys首頁點選Register,以臺大email申請,詳細帳號申請與連線方式,詳見本館資料庫頁面

二、資料庫連線方式

1.    請從本館網頁點選「研究資源」→「電子資源」→「資料庫」→點選欲查詢的資料庫名稱。若於校外,請先設定校外連線VPN

2.    使用時請務必遵守出版社使用規範及版權聲明,以免觸法,並影響全校讀者之使用權益。

Database Reactivation: Reaxys Academic Edition (RAE)

1. Description

Reaxys has been fully upgraded to Reaxys Academic Edition (RAE), building on the existing data from the previous Reaxys Basic Edition. This version introduces two major new features:

(1)   AI-based retrosynthesis prediction – Users can draw novel molecules and obtain predicted synthetic routes within minutes, along with reagents, yields, and reaction conditions from similar reactions reported in the literature.

(2)   Bioactivity data visualization – Users can explore compound collections for biomedical applications, identify potential drug targets, and perform heatmap visualization of extracted bioactivity data from scientific publications and patents.

First-time users, please register with your NTU email on the Reaxys homepage within the campus IP range. For details on registration and access, please refer to the library’s database page.

2. Accessing the database

(1)   Please go to the NTU Library Homepage and click “Search & Find”→ “E-resources”→ “Databases”. To access trial databases from off-campus, please set upNTU SSL VPN.

(2)   Please follow the terms and conditions in the database providers’ license agreements.
