三樓開架圖書室擴增書架

　　醫圖於5月底進行三樓開架圖書室後方之書架擴增工程，包括三座雙面、一座單面的書架以及防倒桿，期望能提供讀者更容易尋書也更為舒適的閱覽空間。

Ingenuity Pathway Analysis資料庫使用說明會

　　Ingenuity Pathway Analysis資料庫為醫學院生物化學暨分子生物學科(所)林榮耀老師向校方爭取經費所購置，目前購置同一時間只能一人上線之版本。欲使用本資料庫者，須先參加使用說明會後，方能向本館申請使用帳號，以下為近期所安排之說明會場次，線上報名網址：http://ntuml.mc.ntu.edu.tw/action/index.htm。

IPA簡介：

　　Ingenuity Systems, Inc. 美國一家專業的生物知識平台提供者，旗下所推出的Ingenuity Pathway Analyis（IPA）為目前世界上內容最完整、註解最準確的生物反應路徑資料庫暨分析平台。

　　由上百位博士級研究人員，定期研讀數百種知名期刊內之文獻，並將內容加以分析與註解，彙整出目前世界上內容最完整、註解最準確的商用生物路徑資料庫暨分析平台，目前許多國際藥廠及知名研究機構皆採用來作為反應路徑分析工具，至今已輔助許多研究機構發表文獻於知名期刊上，諸如Nature、Cancer Research、PNAS等。

　　而現在研究人員可以藉由使用IPA，利用其搜尋功能或上傳實驗所得的基因表，很快地找出基因與生物反應路徑或疾病的關係，來省去大量的人力與時間。
