試用資料庫: ACI學術引用文獻資料庫 Airiti's Academic Citation Index (ACI)
一、資料庫簡介
《ACI學術引用文獻資料庫》於2019年7月上線，新版ACI更注重內容的品質與完整性。有別於 TCI廣泛式的收錄，ACI堅持書目計量學三大定律之一(Bradford's Law)，透過嚴格的選刊標準，優先收錄優質的期刊與文章，以確保引文資料庫衡量結果的意義與價值。(1)強化引文分析 – 新版ACI強化了引文分析的結果，突顯台灣人文社會科學領域的研究表現。(2)國際化整合 – 新版ACI 整合了 PlumX 、Airiti Library、DOI…等服務，並增加書目匯出的功能，可與現有的引文分析軟工具VOSviewer 無縫介接，讓研究者可以透過視覺化的方式進行文獻探索與前沿研究。(3)資料權威控制 – 由於學術的引文資料數量龐大、書目資料著錄不一，權威控制建立不易；故近年ACI持續進行書目資料的完整化與權威控制（期刊、機構、著者…等資料），期能呈現豐富而客觀的研究成果與影響力，持續累積研究能量。(4)上線模組 – 文獻、期刊、學門、機構、著者…等五大模組。各模組之間的資料相互串聯，讓使用者能以多種角度來探索資料，滿足不同的需求，快速找到客觀且高品質的綜整資訊。

Database trial : Airiti's Academic Citation Index (ACI)
1. Description:
Airiti's Academic Citation Index (ACI) : The new ACI 2.0 officially launched in July 2019, with a greater emphasis on content quality and completeness. Unlike TCI's broad-based inclusion approach, ACI adheres to one of the three major bibliometric laws (Bradford's Law) by implementing strict journal selection criteria. This ensures that only high-quality journals and articles are included, thereby enhancing the significance and value of citation database metrics. (1)Enhanced Citation Analysis: The new ACI strengthens citation analysis results, highlighting the research performance in Taiwan's humanities and social sciences, allowing the impact of research to be more visible. (2)International Integration: The new ACI integrates services like PlumX, Airiti Library, DOI, and more. It also adds bibliography export functions that seamlessly interface with existing citation analysis tools like VOSviewer, enabling researchers to explore literature and frontier research through visualization. (3)Authoritative Data Control: Given the vast number of academic citations and the inconsistency in bibliographic records, establishing authoritative control is challenging. In recent years, ACI has been continuously working on the completeness and authoritative control of bibliographic data (such as journals, institutions, authors, etc.) to present rich and objective research results and impact, thereby continually accumulating research capacity. (4)Online Modules: The five main modules include literature, journals, disciplines, institutions, and authors. The data within these modules is interconnected, allowing users to explore the information from multiple perspectives, meeting different needs, and quickly finding objective and high-quality comprehensive information, seeing both the forest and the trees.

2. Accessing the database
(1) Please go to the NTU Library Homepage and click “Search & Find”→ “E-resources”→ “Databases”→ “Trial”. And then click the link of the database you want to access in the trial list. To access trial databases from off-campus, please set up NTU SSL VPN.
(2) Please follow the terms and conditions in the database providers’ license agreements.
