Tracy (Chia-Sui) Lee teaches Academic English Writing at National Taiwan University and offers a series of online grammar lectures to help students polish their writing skills. As a former education consultant in Netherlands Office Taipei, Tracy is esteemed by her colleagues as the most competent “cultural ambassador” for Taiwan-Holland ties. Such a reputation springs from Tracy’s fascination with cultural observation and promotion during her frequent overseas travels. Especially during her doctoral study in Leiden University, Netherland, Tracy has travelled to several countries in Europe, experiencing and incorporating different yet refreshing aspects of lifestyle here, there and everywhere. Well-travelled as such, Tracy keeps inspiring her students and people around her to pursue a self that is larger than what it seems to be for now.
“All these different pieces of life experience are being collected throughout every single journey,” Tracy recalls with joy in her eyes, “to bring myself closer to the real self.”
