Ø   圖書館館藏目錄僅供查詢使用，暫停預約申請服務。

Ø   暫停新書發送。

Ø   期間內讀者薦購及指定參考書的申請件，將延至10/11(四)後處理。

10/1(一)~10/10(三)

暫停校內圖書代借及閉架書庫調閱申請等服務。

10/7(日)前

Ø   讀者請於此期限前將「個人借閱歷史」、「個人喜好查詢」、及「個人書單」匯出備存，新系統將不會留存上述資料。

Ø   仍在排隊中的預約紀錄無法轉移至新系統，請讀者於新系統上線後自行重新申請預約。

10/8(一)~10/10(三)

系統轉換，暫停下列服務：

Ø   借書、還書、續借、取預約書

Ø   館際合作借書服務

Ø   自助借還書機服務

Ø   參考用書借用、計畫用書借用

Ø   辦證開卡、讀者檔資料異動(含續聘、畢業、休學、離職等離校申請)、登入讀者個人借閱紀錄

Ø   滯還金繳納、賠書

10/11(四)

新系統上線，所有服務恢復正常。

9/7(Fri)~10/10(Wed)

Ø   Only the search function is available on the Library catalogue; the reservation service is suspended.

Ø   The Library stops processing newly acquired materials.

Ø   The Library stops processing book recommendations and applications for the course reserves service until October 11th.

10/1(Mon)~10/10(Wed)

Suspension of the Intercampus Loan Service and the Closed Stacks Retrieval Service.

Before 10/7(Sun)

Ø   Readers should export and save their reading history before Oct 7^th. The new system will not retain the above information.

Ø   Since the reservations not yet ready for pickup cannot be transferred to the new system, readers must make those reservations again after the new system is online

10/8(Mon)~10/10(Wed)

The following services are suspended during system migration:

Ø   Borrowing, returning, renewing, picking up reserved books

Ø   Inter-library loan

Ø   Self-check machines 

Ø   Borrowing reference books and long-term borrowing for research projects

Ø   Creating or changing reader records;  logging into library accounts

Ø   overdue fine payment, Compensation/ replacement of lost/damaged books

10/11(Thu)

New library system goes live and all library services resume.
